Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place at the level of Fitness, despite not having any expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is the back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
